Năz Běs Qibyi (/bɛs/ /ˈqibji/ [random] [load]) is a subtropical Large City located in Ph-31xrinre Zone, Bw-186ynæd District, within the Alveria.

The name Năz Běs Qibyi is derived from the Sylvin language, as Năz Běs Qibyi was founded by Rf-22s 'IDAK', who was culturaly KLEO.

Năz Běs Qibyi was founded durring the late 15th century in fall of the year 1375, by Rf-22s 'IDAK'. Columns and pillars, such as Corinthian columns, are often seen supporting open structures or porticos. Symmetry is an important feature of this style, with each half of a building mirroring the other. Domed ceilings and windows grace these buildings, with everything placed in a mathematical arrangement.
